A good solid place to stay. Rooms are clean, simple, basic amenities. Not fancy, but dependable, you know what you're going to get. If you are visiting an area and just need a place to shower and sleep, you can't go wrong.

We came up from VA for a Monday Night Football game and having arrived in the evening, we stopped at the first motel we could find within the city limits. After being so pleased with experience and affordability, we decided to spend three more nights there. We were able to stay there for four nights under $400 with AAA coverage. Depends on which side of hotel but road noise is loud especially during rush hour/morning other than that give it a 4

As many other reviews point out, the outside of this hotel appears a bit dated, but the rooms themselves are nice and the AC works great! Definitely had the best rates too for anything in the vicinity of Kennywood on a weekend. Would definitely suggest if you’re looking for a place to rest your head for the night.

I stayed for a while and was charged 90 a night. Is this the height of luxury? For 90, no. If you book online for 70? Id say its worth it. I had zero issues with pest or mold in my room. The reviews saying there's cuts, marks, or holes in the bedding and curtains are true, but they're so small I didn't really care. As clean as 70 a night can get you. Owners were helpful. Im not sure some of the issues other reviewers had, but my time here was significantly better than the time ive had at other roach infected motels. Only downside is it being directly on a busy road; you will never stop hearing cars at night...

STAY HERE! This place is amazing! Neel (Mng.), family & staff are so hospitable, humble, and kind. Best hotel I've stayed in a long time ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service at blue collar price. (Breakfast: Grab & Go, Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Fridge, Microwave, Iron, Hair Dryer, Free Parking) The room is very clean and spacious, and the bathroom is almost bigger than some of the hotels I've stayed in, linens are changed daily, and the room is cleaned about every other day (sweep,mop, vacuum,dust). The location is good, only 1-2 miles from town, unfortunately the main road is right out in front of the hotel, which is a little loud. But what hotel isn't nowadays... I will recommend all friends and family to stay here. Thank you, Patel family!

Came for a one night stay. Room is very clean and so much space. The bathroom is very large as well. Don't let the outside fool you the rooms are nice. Even with a room near the road we don't hear a thing outside. The staff are also very friendly. Definitely would stay here again. We are in a non smoking one bed room. The beds are comfortable and clean.

I recently got to spend a night at his hotel and I can very confidently say I would come back again! You can very easily tell the hotel has renovated almost everything as soon as you walk in. The flooring, closet size, food, and overall the room quality was top tier! I definitely recommend this place to anyone that plans to visit nearby. Furthermore, the owners were very nice as they answered all questions thoughtfully and were always willing to help when needed. Consequently, the motel is very affordable with the service it comes with. If I visit Pittsburgh once again, I will stay here as I was pleased with my first visit!
